Holiday Operating Hours
We know it has been a busy year for everyone and like many of you, we are working towards allowing our teams to take a break and recharge for the year ahead. Please take note of the key dates that may affect your business.
Holiday Hours Customer Service and Sales
• Customer Services and Offices closed: Friday 22nd December 2023
• Customer Services and Sales Teams return: Monday 15 January 2024 | 7.00am to 5.00pm
Warehousing and dispatch
• Last date for placing orders for pre-Christmas delivery is Monday 18th Dec 2023.
• The last day of line haul dispatch will be Wednesday 20th December 2023, local deliveries (Auckland/Christchurch) dispatch will be Thursday 21st December2023.
• Collections will be available from your local branch on Monday 15th January 2024.
• The first day of dispatch for linehaul and local deliveries will be Tuesday 16th January 2024.
Please note dispatch means dispatching from the warehouse with delivery due the following day not the release of the order.
